Fourth and Market Exhibits

pottery-exhibit.jpgeconomy-labeled.jpgExhibits on the museum's two levels include hundreds of items representing Washington's past.

They range from the John B. Busch Brewery, Schwarzer Zither factory, Dr. Bozzo's office, Zoff Photography Studio, the Washington Turnverein, a 1908 Economy Motor Buggy, shoe factories, businesses, advertising items, Washington pottery, Washington military veterans, the Missouri River to the corn cob pipe industry.

Our books of old Washington-area photos are very popular with visitors.

Artifacts have been selected to reflect the area's human culture, from primitive stone tools used by Native Americans to the "golden era" of Washington in the 1890s.

Both levels are accessible through the use of stairs and elevator.
